Neuropsychological investigation of 37 children of 5-7 years old suffering bronchial asthma as well as of 40 healthy children of the same age has been undertaken. The results show functional insufficiency of diencephal parts of brain in children with bronchial asthma. Specificity of cortex functioning - functional deficit of right hemisphere and intensification of functions of left hemisphere is shown. The offered model is considered from platform of complex approach to treatment of children suffering bronchial asthma.
