Self-esteem, the level of aspiration and effectiveness of learning activity in senior schoolchildren
(RESUME)

The author argues the importance of self-esteem and the level of aspiration for effectiveness of learning activity in senior schoolchildren, with the level of aspiration, which is a motivational factor, being the most closely linked to indices of productivity of learning activity. Therefore growth of aspirations in relation to self-esteem produces higher productivity of learning as compared to the opposite or to the two variables being at the same medium level.
