The paper describes the conception of will presented in the model of human occupation (MOHO) developed under the leadership of G. Kielhofner. Will is viewed as structures of self-consciousness determining the choice and character of the majority of the subject's activities. The major components of will are knowledge of and confidence in one's abilities, self-control, a system of interests and values involving personal convictions and commitments.
