The author continues the discussion with M.S. Guseltseva's response to his article "Psychology in the context of different types of scientific rationality". The problems of history and logic of psychological knowledge, its methodology and gnoseology, subsidiarity principle are considered. The need of psychological knowledge historical analysis and of psychological cognition is underlined.
