Bibliotherapy adapted by Yu.B.Nekrasova for the therapy of severe logoneurosis in the form of stutter is analyzed. The problems of psychology of a reader are presented by the example of family group logopsychotherapy as well as the dynamics of the process and of psychic states of participants during all stages of sociorehabilitation.
