Differences in neuropsychological profiles in 5-6-year-olds
(RESUME)

Differences in neuropsychological profiles of 49 5-6-year-olds were examined by special method worked out by neuropsychologists in Moscow State University. Significant age-specific differences were found in interhemispheric interaction, kinestetic, visual modal-specific and visual-space factors. There were no such data on kinetik, audio-modal-specific, audio-verbal factors. The authors assume that hindbrain functions undergo more marked age-specific changes in 5-6-year-olds than forebrain functions.
