Social psychological factors of organizational changes
(RESUME)

The paper presents findings of a longitudinal quasi-experimental study of various organizations, which researched specific dynamics of social psychological phenomena in situations of organizational changes determined mainly by organizational and economic factors. It has been discovered that reorganization of the structure and management without inter-group coordination of corporate goals determine short-term changes of social psychological phenomena and their reverse dynamics towards the initial configuration. Inter-group coordination of corporate goals determines maintenance and development of social psychological phenomena over a long time. The authors make a number of conclusions concerning the effect of goal coordination on the process of organizational changes.
