The study investigated dynamics of hemispheric interaction in subjects who received different instructions on reactions to concrete and abstract words. In one instance the subject was to use different hands, in another - different fingers of the same hand. The data indicate asymmetry of the time of switching hemispheric functions depending on the direction of switching - from the left hemisphere or to the right or vice versa.
