The paper describes an attempt to employ A.V. Zaporozhets's ideas in the development of a multidisciplinary project - a developmental pedagogy of health improvement (DPHI), aimed at the system of preschool education. The author describes the general idea and principles of DPHI: development of imagination, formation of meaningful motorics, creation and reinforcement of a general positive psychosomatic condition in carrying out different activities, formation of capacity for cooperation and commiseration.
