Prerequisites of personal growth in developing education

Developing education potential is evaluated from the point of view of personal growth of its subjects - children and adults. Personal growth securing is considered to be the goal of developing education. On this basis scientific missions of V.V. Davydov and C. Rogers determining the specificity of their educational models are compared. Education is considered to be the only and unique macro-institutionalised form of person's treatment by civil society. These views form the foundation of new educational philosophy.
