Integrated structures of individuality in freshmen-managers are found to contain three factors: high speed and intensity of communication, low behavior self-control, desire to realize themselves professionally. In undergraduates these factors are: active adjustment, determination to realize themselves, a responsible attitude to work and life in general. The structure of individuality of undergraduates-managers is made up of complementary characteristics better suited for their future professional activity than at the beginning of their professional training.
