Referential relations in a group as a factor of organizational changes
(RESUME)

The paper analyzes characteristics of referential relations in a group which are considered to be a factor of effectiveness of organizational changes. The main finding of an empirical study is confirmation of the supposition that organizational changes effected by referential leaders take less time and effort, are more resource-intensive and lead to a higher degree of satisfaction in employees.
