The paper presents findings of a comparative study of personality characteristics, self-assessment, communicative preferences and child-parent relations in two groups of children (healthy and suffering from acute lymphoblastic leucemia), revealing intergroup differences as well as describing correlation between types of parent care and children's personality characterisrics.
