The initiating method of personality development: Counseling potentialities
(RESUME)

This phenomenological study is an attempt to analyze the role of the "reality plane" and the importance for personality development of counseling on that plane. Revelations of that aspect of consciousness are addressed by initiating therapy, a modern variation of the non-prescriptive approach to personality. The psychological instruments used in the study were initiating techniques borrowed from "K. Durckheim Schule fur Initiatische Therapie" (Germany).
