Theoretical prerequisites of an organization and activity model of social conflict
(RESUME)

The article discusses the main theoretical approaches to the interpretation of the notion "conflict" constructing a typology of cooperation, complicity, competition and conflict on the basis of the opposition of co-action and counter-action, constructiveness and destructiveness. Competition and conflict are analyzed as constructive and destructive social interaction. In the model of counter-acting in conflict suggested by the author the cause of a conflict is not in its subject content, but in the regulation of interaction.
