The study concentrated on the structure of value orientations, appraisal of the success in life prospects and characteristics of parents' fears and anxieties. The material for the study was 941 questionnaires completed by parents (334 fathers and 607 mothers). It demonstrates influence of demographic and social factors on parents' value orientations.
