Metaindividuality and its manifestations in primary school teachers
(RESUME)

The article presents findings of an experimen-tal study of characteristic traits (stability under stress, activity, cultural level, individual pedagogical style) of primary school teachers that can be interpreted as manifestations of metaindividuality. Various questionnaires were used to study the effect of teachers' metaindividuality on the personality traits and behavioral manifestations of their pupils.
