B.V. Zeigarnik's personal and scientific biography is outlined, her scientific ideology forming is described. Outstanding part played by B.V. Zeigarnik in formation of patho-psychology as independent scientific field and its specific methods, as well as in foundation of patho-psychologic scientific school is demonstrated.
