On school psychological service idea

An original school psychological service idea for work in modern school is offered. The introducing a school psychological service mostly aims at providing a teaching and educational process agreeing with known psychological ideas to educate and develop children of school age. A psychologist studies psychological peculiarities of each pupil to work out a pupil-and-teacher plan correcting pupil's drawbacks and slowing down. Teachers - pupils relations study helps make the relations democratic aiming at personal evolution of every pupil. A school psychologist is to encourage in every possible way to make a united pedagogical collective which works in close cooperation with parents and organizes pupils collectives of the whole school and those of every grade. The latter in the long run are to become subjects for self-instruction, self-education and self-development in teaching and educational process.
