Position of introspection method in psychology
(RESUME)

Introspection presents a paramount method for psychology. It enables a researcher to get into an immediate "contact" with psychological phenomena. A critical treatment of the given method well established in science implies negation of the reality of the very psychology subject - psyche. The treatment may result from demands to introspection which ignore its essential specific features. The demands might include: 1) an absolute independence of the fact studied from the studying act; 2) a direct engagement of the fact studied into the sphere of the "life's" empiricism. Groundless of such claimes is demonstrated, with method fruitful plan outlined.
