The article deals with moral development of pre-schoolers. Disparity of child's moral judgment and his/her real behavior was stated experimentally. Three groups of children with different moral development levels were singled out. Indices of a child's attitude to a peer and the related experiment were elaborated. The experiment showd that moral development level is determined by attitude to a peer and not by adoption of moral judgements.
