The study results show that an action is sensitive during all its course, and its each stage and phase is of special sensitivity. During its realization the action shows the change of sensitivity forms and its phase localization. The address localization of sensitivity forms and their change with regard to action functional components may account for alive movement plasticity, its possible reconstruction and transformation, enables to understand its adaptive and constructive properties.
