Psychophysiological causes of difficulty in teaching reading and writing and how to overcome them

One of the obstacles resulting into pupils poor progress is looked upon as heterochronic children development and minimal cerebral dysfunction. The author singles out the groups of children suffering from various disorders caused by them. The need to take into account children development peculiarities as well as to use appropriate teaching techniques is marked. Some of the techniques are analyzed, with their advantages and drawbacks noted. The author offers her own method to overcome troubles in teaching reading and writing.
