(RESUME)

Understanding of Person-Centered Approach (PCA) in concept and practice of Ernest Meadows, a colleague and follower of Carl R. Rogers, is outlined. Paradigms of client-centered therapy as a particular model of aiding relationship between a therapist and a client and of Person-Centered Approach as a general model for not helping relationship are compared. Some critical reflections concerning the described version of PCA are made. Information on international group of PCA specialists dealing with organizations (Pajaro Group) is given.
