Paper deals with the notion and practical elaboration of psychologists of humanistic orientation. Notions manipulator and actualizator are analyzed, their empirical study and use in psychological practice are questioned. Psycho-correctional program based on the principles of humanistic psychology as well as on traditions of the Russian psychology is being created. Changes in personality of teachers as a result of realization of this programs are analyzed. Psychological portraits of a teacher-facilitator (actualizator) and a teacher-manipulator are created and described.
