Some principles of systematic-ecologic, synergetic approach in analysis of psychic and personal development of human being are described. Individual development and education are connected to environmental (physical, socio-cultural, interpersonal) mastering. Environment is considered as an unified socio-ecological system, open or closed, which has corresponding consequences for personal development.
