The procedure described in the paper has been intended for class managers and all kinds of school educators. Application of the procedure - which is in fact a portable modification of T.V. Dembo - S.Ya. Rubinstein's method - has made it possible for the author to make a number of conclusions concerning development of self-estimation in schoolchildren of different ages. School educators can use the procedure for preliminary sorting out of children and separation of those who require individual approach.
