A system of attitudes as a basis of moral educatedness of an individual
(RESUME)

The concept of "attitude" appears to be the most prospective and scientifically grounded one to serve as an integral notion capable of characterizing the general moral educatedness of a person. "Mental attitude reflects active selective position of personality determining the individual nature of its activity and of its individual acts" - V. Myasishchev. In an infant attitudes are manifested in biologically determined feelings of pleasure or displeasure. In a grown-up person attitudes turn as a result of acquisition of social experience into the personal position. In a man therefore his personal position is a system of his moral attitudes where all his knowledge, feelings, and practical experiences melt together.
